This is one of my favorite coffee shop. There is enough seating and a variety of pastries/breakfast options. The cheddar and chive biscuit is one of the best we’ve had and I throughly enjoyed the walnut and banana bread.
There are several seats inside and there is also an outdoor seating area as well. I come here at least 1-2 a month.
My favorite coffee / bakery in NYC. Amazing franzbrötschen and caneles and perfect espresso. They also sell little European style baguette sandwiches. Reasonably priced as well. I would come here multiple times a week if I lived nearby.
First time visiting this amazing coffee shop in Brooklyn. Cappuccino done right. Temperature, flavor and aftertaste. Perfect espresso. I also liked their coconut macaroon. Recommended. Next time I would like to try their breads, yes they make breads too.
There are 4 coffee shops within 3 blocks of my house and this is by far the best one. The chef and owner has done such a wonderful job curating the menu and baked goods over the last couple years and every time I go in he’s always working his butt off and is extremely kind. The coffee here is outstanding, especially the espresso!
Coffee was good. Food was good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Interior and outside seatings are great. We ordered so vegetable breakfast - it was a served with toasts soaking in tomato sauce - I’ll suggest to serve it on separate plate. Sweets are awesome. We will comeback for sure. But probably for pastries and sweets. And definitely breakfast burrito, it looked sooo good when we saw it on someone’s plate. Great place to have yum sweets with coffee ☕️
Really lovely spot. Thoughtful space, excellent food, and great outdoor space.
The chefs are busting their ass, make everything in house(unlike most places in the area), and the front of house staff are very nice as well.
Lovely coffee shop with some absolutely authentic German pastries 👌
Can’t believe I was able to find a Franzbrötchen in New York City! And such a good one too.
They were also exceptionally friendly and generous. Highly recommended.
What a gem of a bakery! We don’t venture this way too often ever since they closed down one of our favorite places. But this bakery is totally worth the trek. The bacon quiche is phenomenal, but I’m pretty sure their pastries are all great. It was even busy on a late Sunday morning. They have an open kitchen, which is really cool. The baristas are top notch and their coffee is tasty. Can’t wait to try other pastries.
